About the speaker
Joseph H. Anderson is a Ph.D. student with Professor Thomas P. Quinn in the School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences at the University of Washington. He grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, then spent six years in California, completing his Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Stanford University and working for the National Marine Fisheries Service in Santa Cruz. In 2003, he moved to Seattle to be in graduate school at the UW.
